Directions:
Students could work individually or in pairs to solve the exercises on this worksheet.
For this worksheet, students must take a look at the drawings on the left and then write weather descriptions in Spanish in the corresponding box on the right. They should be encouraged to use the present, present perfect and future tense in Spanish. Besides, it is very important that they use verbs like “HABER”, “SER” and “ESTAR” as they are key verbs to talk about the weather. Make sure they also use the right punctuation and follow grammar rules.
Extra activity:
Students find the weather report for their place and other towns around the world from the news. Then, they translate it into Spanish and present it to their classmates. They could omit the name of the place so the other students guess which place that is.
