¡Hola! Today’s worksheet was designed to help you practice the vocabulary for the days of the week and months in Spanish by solving three exercises in a nice PDF worksheet. Hopefully, this resource will help you reinforce your knowledge on this topic.
Directions:
Students can work individually or in pairs to solve the exercises in this worksheet.
This worksheet is made up of three exercises. In the first exercise, students must choose and write down a day of the week in Spanish to fill in the blanks based on the context in a way that it makes sense. For the second exercise, students must find the names of the twelve months of the year in Spanish in the word search puzzle and then write them on the right, just as it has been done with the word “Enero”. As for the third exercise, students must write sentences with both the days and months of the year in Spanish to reply to the questions. The answers shall vary for some of the questions depending on the students’ personal information.

Extra Activity:
Divide the class in four different groups. Each group chooses a season they would like to talk about, different to the one chosen by the other groups. Then, they work together to plan a mini-presentation about that season, making sure to use the vocabulary for months in Spanish, and highlighting special holidays in each season, for example: “La primavera comienza el primero de Marzo y termina el 31 de mayo. El lunes 8 de marzo se celebra el Día de la Mujer…“. Once they have everything planned, students present to the rest of the class and the teacher provides feedback.
