First, students should be familiar with the vocabulary for places in the city in Spanish and how to use prepositions of place to ask for or give directions. To solve this exercise, students should read the list of Spanish prepositions of place at the top of the worksheet and look carefully at all the places on the map of this small town. Then, they should read the sentences with directions to these places in town and fill in the blanks with the correct prepositions in Spanish for each case, for example:
- «El aeropuerto está al lado del hotel». (The airport is next to the hotel)
